Pop Star Katy Perry, Hip Hop Artist T-Pain, Notable Fashion Industry Speakers and more Draw HUGE Crowds at the Spectacular 2022 MAGIC Las Vegas Event!
The Las Vegas Convention Center was packed on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 with hundreds of fans attending the 2022 MAGIC Las Vegas event.
Global hip-hop and R&B popular artist T-Pain gave a spectacular live performance at the show, as the crowd cheered and also enjoyed the incredible PROJECT runway fashion show.
The keynote speaker, pop star Katy Perry gave a phenomenally, inspirational and sensational presentation. Perry talked about her popular shoe line Katy Perry Collection, her love for fashion and Las Vegas residency at The Theatre at Resorts World.
She also shared about how being an entrepreneur wasn’t a trend back when she first started in the industry. “If you’re a good salesperson then you’re a great leader of your ship.” she said. “I have never not been the captain of my ship.” She incorporated the ultimate shoes on Tuesday. She said, since she was a kid for her entire life it has been about a theme. ”Themes are fun for her,” she said.
She talked about growing up in a low-income and strict religious home in Santa Barbara, California. Perry would somehow find clothes at thrift stores and create her own signature pinup style at age 13.
“I am a dreamer, but still a realist, she said. She continues to always think with long time goals. .More to come with the Katy Perry Collection. The exclusive event is only open to MAGIC, PROJECT, and SOURCING at MAGIC Las Vegas attendees and exhibitors. A valid event badge is required for entry and the performance is not open to the public.
“It was a Disney world experience for adults capturing Instagram moments, not to mention selfies, boomerang and reels,” says LA Lucas and Janelle Harris from the She Exist Publications. Fashionista and model Rachel McCord walked the red-carpet as the modern-day Audrey Hepburn.
